My name is Michael Phipps, and I am asking for your help.
I was born with only one kidney, and my journey with kidney disease has been a long and difficult one. At age 45 I received a cadaveric kidney transplant. That kidney gave me 14 years of life—far beyond what was originally expected. Eventually, that kidney failed.
I spent a year on dialysis, waiting and hoping for another chance.
I received a call in May 2025, another Cadaveric Kidney came available and it was a match for me...Unfortunately that kidney never functioned properly and I found myself back on dialysis.
Once again, I need a kidney and it must come from a live donor.

I'm asking you to share my story.
Maybe you know someone who has thought about becoming a living kidney donor. Maybe someone you know has always wanted to help another person but never knew how.
Maybe that person is you. Living kidney donation is a serious decision, and only the transplant medical team can determine whether someone is medically eligible to donate. But simply learning more could potentially change my life.
❤️ I Want More Time
I want the chance to live a long, healthy life with my partner and enjoy all the little things that make life special.
I want more mornings. More adventures, I want to travel & enjoy what life has to offer. More time with my two cute dogs. 🐾🐾

🙏 Please Share My Story
One share could reach the person who could change Michael's life. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, share it, and help me keep hope alive. ❤️
